Continuous advancements in pure Niobium Wire production technology have significantly driven industry development. In terms of raw material purification, the application of technologies such as electron beam melting has enabled niobium purity to reach over 99.95%, effectively controlling impurities such as oxygen. In the plastic processing phase, optimization of hot forging and multi-pass drawing processes has improved the quality and performance of pure niobium wire. For example, the use of tungsten steel dies for drawing, with deformation controlled at 8%-12% per pass, enables the production of pure niobium wire with a smaller diameter and improved performance. Advances in surface treatment technologies, such as electrolytic polishing and vacuum annealing, have further enhanced the surface quality and performance of pure niobium wire. These technological advancements have not only improved the production efficiency and quality of pure niobium wire, but also reduced production costs and strengthened its market competitiveness.
